Gallia County Rural Water Company (2003-Present)

RLM Engineering, Inc. conducted design for water mains, water storage tanks and booster station for the Gallia County Rural Water Company. The water company serves about 8,500 water customers in southeast Ohio. Richard Morin and Ron Ratcliff provided design services for the project.

Prior to RLM Engineering, Inc., Richard Morin, Ken DeLap II, Ron Ratcliff, and Jim Massey provided engineering studies, project management, project design, and construction services for various Gallia County Rural Water Distribution and Treatment Projects.
